I'm Michael Taylor, founder of Myridian Technologies LLC, an Oklahoma company that designs and runs operations systems for small businesses. This page explains the texts we send, who gets them and how to stop them.
What we text
- A reminder about an hour before a call or session you booked with us, with the link to join.
- A note when a session you booked is moved or cancelled.
- Short updates about your engagement while we work together.
We don't send marketing or promotional texts. We never sell your number or share it for anyone's marketing.
Who gets them
Only people who booked a call or session with us and ticked the text box on our booking form. Our own team also gets texts about their schedule, such as a new booking or a cancelled session.
How you opt in
When you book a time with us, the form asks for your mobile number. Giving it is optional. Under it sits a box that starts unticked and reads:
I agree to receive text messages from Myridian Technologies LLC about my bookings and my engagement, such as appointment reminders and schedule changes, at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
Tick it only if you want texts. You can book without it, and nothing you buy from us depends on it. See a sample of the form.
How often
Usually one or two texts for each session you book, a few more while an engagement is active. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text. You get one message confirming it and nothing after that. Reply START if you want texts again. Reply HELP for help, or write to me at the address below.
