This policy explains what Myridian Technologies LLC ("we", "us") collects when you visit this site, book a time with us or work with us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us when you book: your name, email address, company and, if you choose, your mobile number.
- What you tell us about your business before or during our work together.
- Records of the sessions you book and the messages we exchange.
This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics.
How we use it
To schedule and hold our sessions, to send you the reminders and notices you asked for, to do the work you engaged us for, and to answer you when you write to us.
Text messages
We text you only if you gave your mobile number and ticked the consent box on our booking form. You can stop at any time by replying STOP. The details are in our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to host our booking page, send email and deliver texts. They handle your information only to provide that service to us and under our instructions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing.
We disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
For as long as we work together and as long as the law or our records require after that. Ask us and we will delete what we no longer need.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to michael@myridiantechnologies.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Security
We limit access to the people who need it and take reasonable steps to protect what we hold. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we update this page and the date above.
